Job Title: Pizza Cook
Reports To: Sous Chef
Roberta’s is looking for a Pizza Cook to join our team!
OPPORTUNITY:
Looking for cooks with pizza experience preferred !
- Make Neapolitan style pizza dough from scratch daily
- Pull fresh mozzarella by hand
- Hand stretch pizza dough in less than 20 seconds
- Master baking pizza in a wood-fired pizza oven
- Work a busy service smoothly and proudly
- Work with Santa Monica/Hollywood Farmer’s Market produce
- Other stations to learn include pasta, grill, expo, garde manger and more
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Works hygienically always
- Should have at least 1 year of kitchen experience and think of this as their career - though a good attitude is the most important skill
- Pasta or Pizza experience a plus
- Must be able to stand on their feet for 8+ hours and lift 50lbs
- Unwavering sense of urgency, detail oriented, asks for projects in the down-time, cleans early and often
- Listens to feedback

There are now 4 Roberta’s locations on the East and West coast. Roberta’s does high profile pop up events in NYC, LA, Miami, Chicago among other cities.
