We're looking for a team member with kitchen or food prep experience who's excited to work with high-quality ingredients in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate has a lot of restaurant experience, is very organized, works efficiently, and is comfortable wearing a lot of hats.

2+ years of kitchen or food prep experience (meat cutting a plus, but not required)
Comfortable working with raw proteins (meat, poultry, fish)
Willing to learn new skills from our seasoned staff
Works with a sense of urgency + attention to detail
Can hop up front to assist customers as needed
Able to lift 50 pounds
Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Has (or can obtain) a CA Food Handlers Card by start date
Job Duties
Prepping ingredients
Following recipes
Organizing and fulfilling customer orders
Cleaning, packaging, and storing food safely and properly
Assisting the team with any tasks needed to keep the shop running smoothly
Supporting butchers with basic meat prep tasks (cutting, grinding, trussing, stock-making) as needed
