Broad Street Coffee Co. is searching for a barista lead to enhance their coffee program. Bscc features a classic coffee program, classic pastries, Hank's bagels & soft serve + gelato bar. We serve coffee manufactory & we take our coffee seriously.
The ideal candidate has a strong coffee background and is great with customer service.
Main duties:
Scheduling
Managing Inventory
Placing All orders
Managing of Employees
Reporting to Upper Management
Knowing how to dial in espresso.
Basic latte art
Understanding of pour over, French press, cold brew and other brewing techniques.
Can do attitude.
Being punctual
Passion for coffee
