We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bustling cafe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong customer service focus.
Responsibilities:
Supervise cafe staff and ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures
Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support
Manage inventory and stock levels, placing orders as needed
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
Monitor food and beverage quality to ensure customer satisfaction
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, following all health and safety regulations
Prepare reports on sales and performance metrics for management
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
