A modern fine-dining Chinese restaurant set to open in the heart of Beverly Hills, lead by a distinguished celebrity chef.
We are looking for experienced BOH staff to join the opening team. Experience on a Wok Station is highly preferred, but if you feel confident to learn we will accept. Applicants must apply with a resume.
Line Cook/Wok Cook
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with our recipes and presentation standards.
Work efficiently across various stations on the line, including grill, sauté, and pantry.
Ensure that dishes are cooked to perfection and plated consistently, maintaining the restaurant’s aesthetic and flavor profiles.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including your workstation and equipment.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
Work under pressure during peak service hours to deliver dishes in a timely manner.
Participate in daily prep and production tasks to ensure readiness for service
Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years line cook experience
Advanced Knife Skills
Prior Experience in a Kitchen
Attention to Detail
Ability to work with a team
Sense of Urgency
