The Comfort Inn and Suites North Hollywood is seeking a Night Audit/Front Desk Team Member.
The successful candidate must be RELIABLE, hard working, have a pleasing personality and a natural talent for customer service.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
-Checks guests in and out of the hotel in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
-Efficiently handles all payments received - balances and verifies all transactions.
-Responsible for maintaining all documentation regarding room registration and ensures guest privacy.
-Must be able to professionally handle guest issues and make sound decisions.
-Responsible for positively representing and promoting the hotel.
-Ensures systems and procedures are in place and followed for guests and employee safety and security.
-Must maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Hotel experience a plus - Some shifts are from 11 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. - please do not apply if you can not commit yourself in working these hours.
Must be flexible to work any day of the week - Weekends and Holidays included.
Previous hotel front desk/ night audit work experience will be highly prioritized.
