The Comfort Inn Hotel Near Old Town Pasadena in Eagle Rock California is seeking a Bilingual (English - Spanish) Front Desk Agent to join our team!
As a Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent, you must provide friendly customer service and adhere to the company rules and regulations. Activities include: making reservations, checking in and checking out guests, posting and adjusting payments, replying to customer requests online, phone, or at the hotel, leaving accurate and detailed messages in the front desk journal, preparing the housekeeping reports accurately, and running the night audit reports.
You will also be responsible to set up the breakfast. Breakfast must be set by 6:30 a.m. each day. This task involves making coffee, setting up the breads and pastries, fruit, preparing waffle mix, and heating up eggs and meat. There is no cooking involve.
