Front Desk Agent Part Time
Monday 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Wednesday 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
Front Desk Agent Night Shift
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
10:00 pm to 6:00 am
Job Duties are but not limited to:
- check in and check out guests
- use our computer system to check in and process payment
- must be reliable, on time, and able to work night shift since there is only 1 person per shift
- must be professional, have a positive attitude, smile with guests
- offer exceptional superior customer service
- not afraid to work alone at night
- walk around the hotel to monitor the property
- check rooms when needed
- assist guests with issues, deliver amenities to guest's room
- responsible and enjoy dealing with customers
- Fluent in English is required
- 90 days probation period to review if you can learn our reservation system Visual Matrix and how you can handle the guests
