We’re a small, close-knit bakery team with a passion for crafting exceptional sourdough bread and pushing the boundaries of traditional baking. We’re looking for an experienced sourdough baker to join our team—someone flexible, driven, and ready to roll up their sleeves to help with all aspects of bakery operations. The position is full time.
the position may require overnight/early AM availability via graveyard shift, subject to change
Skills and Responsibilities:
Mix, shape, and bake sourdough loaves to our high-quality standards using a deck oven.
Manage fermentation and proofing times with precision and care.
Take initiative to assist with a variety of tasks, including cleaning, dishes, and organizing the workspace.
Work collaboratively in a small team environment, stepping into whatever role is needed to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain efficiency and focus while working in a fast-paced environment.
Be a reliable presence for early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends as required.
