General requirements :
. 21+ years old
. Food Handlers Certification
. Alcohol Training Certification (RBS)
. Extensive knowledge of cocktails and wines
. Experience in fast-paced restaurants and bars
. Great customer service skills
. Must have proper written and verbal skills; ability to speak, read, and understand English
. Open availability is preferred but not required. Look clean and professional with good personal hygiene
. Flexibility in schedule with the ability to work mornings, weekends, and evenings
. Needs to be able to handle a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers
. Needs to be reliable and on time
