SEEKING EXPERIENCED RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER FOR ICONIC W SIDE RESTAURANT/BAR, JAMESON'S PUB
Jameson's Pub is Main Street's premier sports pub with a brand new state of the art AV system and 24 flat screen televisions. The bar resides in a beautiful historic building that is 4000 sq. ft. It is located in sunny Santa Monica off of beautiful Main St. in Silicon Beach, only two blocks from the ocean. The location is frequented by groups of young, vibrant professionals and surrounded by a safe and upscale community.
We are hiring a full time General Manager for this location, an entity of our company, Sunset Restaurant Management Group. These positions requires extensive floor managing in a high volume bar/restaurant.

Qualifications and Skills:
-At least 4 years experience in a management capacity, preferably in a corporate chain restaurant (i.e. Fridays, BJ's, Lazy Dog Cafe, Tilted Kilt, etc.).
-Ability to manage supporting Management Staff, FOH staff & BOH staff.
-Excellent communication skills and a mature, professional demeanor.
-Resourceful, result oriented, self-starter, with strong work ethic and job commitment.
-Skilled in scheduling, customer service, problem solving, cash handling, bar cost controls, inventory, pour controls, implementing policies, high volume purchasing and liquor promotions.
-Knowledge of Toast systems preferred but not necessary.
