Prose is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen with precision, creativity, and leadership. We are an independent, chef-driven restaurant with a strong culinary vision and a commitment to excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5+ years in a leadership kitchen role (CDC, Executive Sous, or equivalent).
Strong ability to execute and refine high-level dishes in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with seasonal menu development, costing, and kitchen operations.
Ability to lead, train, and inspire a team while maintaining quality and consistency.
Knowledge of ordering, inventory management, and food cost control.
A passion for hospitality, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality.
