Location: Le Coupé Fried Chicken, 709 N Western Ave, Los Angeles, CA, 90029 (cross streets Western and Melrose)
Shift: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Afternoon/Evening) (hours can be flexible)

Le Coupe Fried Chicken is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team! We specialize in high-quality, scratch-made Southern food in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen. If you thrive under pressure, work efficiently, and take pride in consistency, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
Must have scratch kitchen experience—we make everything fresh, no shortcuts.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining speed, quality, and a clean work station.
Strong team player with a positive attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends.
Food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain).
must be authorized to work in the United States
must be able to speak and communicate in English
Responsibilities:
Execute food orders quickly and consistently to uphold our standards.
Work various stations, including fryers, and prep, as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.
Communicate effectively with the team to keep service running smoothly.
