Experienced Line Cook – Full-Time (Restaurant by the beach)
We are a successful, high-volume restaurant by the beach in the South Bay, known for our scratch kitchen and fresh, high-quality ingredients. We're looking for a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our team.
What We’re Looking For:
-Minimum 1 year of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced, full-service kitchen.
-Experience working in a scratch kitchen – ability to prep and execute dishes from fresh ingredients.
-Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
-Ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining quality and consistency.
-Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
-Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

-Assist in prep work, stocking, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
-Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and other staff.
