The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The BDO collects and reviews prospective borrowers’ financial information, structures loan proposals, and prepares credit packages that comply with all applicable regulations and SBA guidelines.PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain a network of referral sources to identify prospective SBA borrowers

Exhibits working knowledge of SBA products and is well versed in current SOP

Cross-sell bank depository and cash management products, as appropriate

JOB SPECFICATIONS:

Education:Bachelor’s degree

Skills/ Qualifications:

Minimum five years experience as an SBA BDO focusing on 7(a) and 504 loans

Proven ability to source and close SBA loans to a variety of industries

Goal orientated with the ability to work independently

Ability to work effectively with SBA team members and other units of the bank

Ability to adapt to an evolving work environment
