Description We are seeking a Property Administrator to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing a commercial building, working closely with asset managers, and providing real estate services. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee the operations of the transitional housing site to ensure smooth running and efficiency. Work in collaboration with asset managers to achieve organizational objectives. Provide comprehensive real estate services, including but not limited to property management and administration. Assist in the staffing of the project, ensuring that all roles are filled by competent and dedicated personnel. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records. Utilize your skills in Yardi for property management tasks. Ensure all actions comply with city and state regulations.Requirements Proficiency in Yardi software is essential Demonstrable experience in property administration or real estate Strong communication skills, both written and verbal High level of organizational and multi-tasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Understanding of property management best practices and regulations Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions Willingness to continue learning and improving professional skills.
