Description We are seeking an experienced Property Manager for a short-term contract position based in Los Angeles, California. This role is crucial for overseeing property operations and ensuring top-notch maintenance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of property operations to ensure seamless functionality and optimal performance.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations and laws, ensuring the property meets legal and industry standards.
Supervise Maintenance: Oversee maintenance tasks to guarantee that the property remains safe, well-maintained, and up to standard.
Handle HUD Housing (if applicable): Manage property-specific tasks related to HUD housing, ensuring compliance and effective management.
Resolve Inquiries and Issues: Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction.
Process Paperwork: Efficiently handle all necessary documentation related to property management and maintenance.
Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth property operations and foster a collaborative environment.
Optimize Property Functionality: Utilize your Commercial Property Management skills to enhance the property's functionality and performance.
Monitor Financials: Oversee property-related financial transactions, budgeting, and financial planning to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Enhance Value and Profitability: Implement strategies to increase the property's value and profitability, driving long-term success.
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Property Management Proven ability to manage multiple properties effectively Strong knowledge of property maintenance, safety procedures, and relevant laws Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite Proven ability to prepare budgets and financial reports Exceptional customer service skills Must be able to negotiate leases and contracts effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle tenant complaints and property emergencies Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field is preferred.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
