Experience drafting motions, discovery, conducting research and managing cases as well as exposure to real estate and/or real property litigation are ideal skills for this busy firm. Please email your resume directly to Jennifer.Cotton[at]RobertHalf[dotcom] today!Responsibilities: Providing legal counsel and guidance in various legal matters Utilizing Case Management Software for efficient organization and handling of cases Conducting legal research using tools like Adobe Acrobat and 3M Drafting and reviewing legal documents and ensuring their proper management Handling civil litigation cases and claim administration tasks Dealing with client complaints and providing appropriate solutions Proficiency in Conveyancer to ensure seamless legal operations Delivering briefings and updates on case progress and outcomes Working within the realm of Consumer Electronics law when necessary.Requirements Applicant must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation attorney. The candidate must be barred and in good standing in California. Familiarity with Case Management Software is a must. Case Management skills are required for this position. The applicant should have experience in Briefing. The candidate must have experience in Civil Litigation.
