Description Our client, a Business Management firm, is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role is pivotal in our document management process, where you will be responsible for the review, organization, and electronic processing of various business-related documents. For the right candidate, this will lead to a full time offer. Responsibilities: Review and identify relevant documents such as agreements, deeds, business management documents, insurance policies, and wills. Electronically process and organize identified documents for easy retrieval and reference. Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate categorization and filing of documents. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Answering phones and sorting and distributing mail as part of the role. Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as needed.Requirements Proven experience in an Administrative Assistant role or similar position. Proficient in Document Management and handling of Digital Files. Experience with Document Scanning and ensuring proper storage and retrieval of documents. Understanding of Business Management principles and practices. Knowledge of Legal Services, specifically in relation to administrative tasks. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes.
