Description In need of an Accounting Manager with Business Management experience to join a forward-looking company, Robert Half is searching for an individual that is eager, ambitious, and experienced. In this position, you will be responsible for leading daily operations for multiple clients, including maintaining the general ledger system, preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. Assist in onboarding new clients
Review the day-to-day work performed by bookkeepers
Prepare and complete month end and year end financial statements
Assist with CFO services including budgeting, cash flow, KPIs
Manage and develop team
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience REQUIRED
5+ years of recent relevant experience in public accounting or business management REQUIRED
CPA or MBA preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
Proven knowledge of full cycle accounting and financial statement preparation
High proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong problem-solving skills
