Description We are seeking consultant with a dynamic and experienced FP& A Manager level to join our client's team. As a rapidly growing start-up in the real estate industry, our client is looking for a talented individual to lead the financial planning and analysis efforts. The FP& A Manager will play a crucial role in building and managing the finance team, as well as establishing and optimizing budgeting processes using Yardi, the chosen system.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.Implement and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.Utilize Yardi to streamline budgeting processes and ensure accuracy of financial data.Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to drive team performance and development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management.Oversee financial reporting and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize finance processes and enhance efficiency.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the real estate industry.Proficiency in Yardi or similar real estate accounting software is highly desirable.Advanced user of Excel; ability to work with complex and large data setsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
