We are in search of a qualified professional to review and develop plans ready for RTI (Ready to Issue) submission to the City of Los Angeles and our lender. The project involves retrofitting a 70+ unit apartment building constructed with non-ductile concrete. Location of property in Van Nuys, CA.
Requirements:
>Licensed Structural Engineer or Engineer/Architect with relevant experience
>Ability to develop plans compliant with Los Angeles building codes and regulations
>Familiarity with retrofitting projects, particularly for non-ductile concrete structures
>Proficiency in completing projects within tight deadlines
