Licensed Architect

A small but proactive real estate developer - residential and commercial from the ground up, ADU, addition, TI, and renovation interviewing a qualified out-of-box technical thinker of a licensed Architect. He/She must understand construction codes, and developments process and have a positive approach, and experience with Public Works and city processing steps to get things done proactively. The qualified candidates must be available to visit the job site as often as needed, prepare plans and/or corrections to existing approved plans, submit them to officials (PW or Cities), follow up, and make them ready for approval and permits. We compensate based on consignment and scheduled payments. As a freelancer, you need to be available to fulfill requirements. Only locally qualified candidates may apply.
