Our college counseling division provides strategic guidance to middle and high school students as they plan for higher education in the United States and abroad. With a focus on holistic development, academic planning, and application execution, we help students and families navigate the increasingly competitive college admissions landscape with confidence.

Position Summary:

We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic instructors to join our team as part-time and full-time STEM Educators. Ideal candidates are passionate about education, possess a strong understanding of STEM subjects, and are eager to inspire the next generation of scientists, engineers, and thinkers.

Working Hours:

Part-Time: Monday to Friday, 1pm to 6:00 pm or TBD

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Organize and prepare educational material to ensure engaging and effective learning experiences.

Student Assessment: Conduct assessment tests to identify students' proficiency levels and tailor instruction to meet their individual needs.

Instruction and Guidance: Provide direct instruction and mentorship to students, facilitating learning in homework tasks, project-based learning, and STEM subjects.

Lesson Planning: Design detailed lesson plans and instructional tasks that are innovative and cater to a wide range of learning styles.

Additional Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to evaluate and enhance teaching methods and materials.

Maintain records of students' progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.

Participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of educational trends and best practices in STEM education.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an accredited college, preferably in a STEM-related field.

Knowledge and passion for STEM subjects, including English Language Arts, Science, Coding, EE, and Math.

Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus, but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.

Creative thinker with the ability to design and implement innovative teaching strategies.

Dependable, with a commitment to students' educational growth and development.
