Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Los Angeles, CA. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as website maintenance, uploading/updating/removing product listings, styling/assisting photoshoots. They will work closely with the production and sales team to create strategies to drive online sales and create an exceptional customer experience.
Main Duties
Website maintenance, uploading/removing/revisions. (FashionGo/Magento)
Manage inhouse e-commerce photoshoots on a weekly basis
Coordinating with Sales and Production teams on any updates and changes on status of styles/inventory
Provide support to the company’s sales team with product knowledge and technical support as needed
Coordinate marketing tactics to reach existing and new customers
Direct mail, web page layout, advertisements etc.
Requirements
Experience with FashionGo/Magento/N41
Understanding of apparel markets/trends and interest in today’s fashion
Strong technical skills with Microsoft Suite products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and G Docs/Sheets/Google mail
Basic Photoshop capabilities
At least 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
