Job Responsibilities:
· Develop effective customer relations. Constantly answering calls and providing customers with updates on their orders and help them to solve the problem.
· Work across all departments to review & coordinate customer requests with production & Orders. Assist with customer purchase order changes and issues.
· Updating and prepare daily work orders.
Requirements/Experience/Education:
· High School Degree or a bove.
· Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, skill is a plus.
· Detail oriented with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Have a positive attitude and be a team player.
· Excellent writing and communication skills. Ability to interact and handle difficult calls/emails from customer.
· Great time management skills. Must demonstrate effective clerical, organizational and prioritization skills.
· At least 1 yr experience in Ecommerce customer service relate work .
