About Us:
We are a small, family-run business that sells high end designer jewelry online such as Tiffany, Cartier & Van Cleef. We're looking for a motivated and organized student to help us manage our eBay store and provide great service to our customers.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Part-Time eBay Assistant to help us with the day-to-day operations of our eBay business. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, sales, and customer service. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including creating product listings and responding to customer questions, with a very flexible schedule.
No prior experience necessary!
Key Responsibilities
eBay Account Management:
Create new product listings on eBay, including writing descriptions and uploading photos.
Help with organizing inventory and making sure listings are accurate.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer messages and questions in a timely and helpful way.
Help resolve simple issues, such as tracking a package or answering questions about an item.
Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all communication with buyers.

Qualifications
Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate is not necessary but a plus.

Comfortable using a computer and learning new software.
Highly organized with a good eye for detail.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
