Growing fashion company based in downtown LA is looking for an energetic and detail oriented person to join our e-commerce customer service team full time. You will work closely with our e-commerce team and occasionally assist the design teams on special projects. 1-2 years experience in retail, or e-commerce are preferred. We are looking to make a hire ASAP.
Job Details:
Repackage and process e-commerce returns.
Coordinate and track repairs and generate POs.
Coordinate and track samples for PR
Occasionally support fulfillment teams with picking and shipping.
This is not a remote position and requires five days a week in-office.

Occasionally support the Creative Director / CEO and CMO on shoots.
Requirements:
Proficiency with Mac computers
MS Office / Slack
Experience with Shopify preferred
