What You’ll Do
Provide adminstrative assistance as well as friendly, professional customer service in‑store and by phone
Keep operations organized, documents updated, and projects on track
Assist with marketing, website updates, and social media content
Support video/audio editing and other creative project
Help with light repairs or mechanically oriented tasks, if possible.
Skills & Experience We Need
Strong administrative and computer and AI skills
Comfortable with or eager to learn AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok
Familiarity with Google Docs, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat, QuickBooks, Photoshop
Experience with video/audio editing or website development is a plus
Mechanically oriented is a plus
Bilingual, specifically Spanish is a plus
Dependable, detail‑oriented, and a strong work ethic
