Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers daily to ensure their needs are met and providing exceptional service with a smile. From processing orders to addressing inquiries and resolving concerns, you will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with drop-off and pick-up of garments.
Accurately process orders using our computerized system.
Address customer inquiries regarding services, pricing, and order status.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter area.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.
Upsell additional services and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer systems and basic software applications (typing and 10 key).
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of dry cleaning processes and fabrics (preferred but not required).

Monday - Saturday (Morning Shift)
Monday - Saturday (Afternoon Shift)
Both Full Time and Part Time position Available.
