Customer Service Assistant (Entry Level)
We are seeking a full time customer service assistant (No experience is needed)
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills - Microsoft Word/ Excel/Outlook Email
Job Duties:
- Assist customer service representatives to handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Handle daily service and follow up
- Data entry
