Central Storage Inc. is a single family own Self Storage Facility in Glendale, Ca. Is currently looking for Assistant Manager that can work independently 100% of the time. Our property is unique and has been serving the people of Glendale and surrounding Los Angeles area for 100 years. Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Excellent Sales Skills – a natural, enthusiastic, and confident.

Good Listener – engages active listening skills to fully understand the customer's needs and thoughtfully respond with appropriate solutions

Phone Presence – has a kind, friendly, patient, welcoming voice and genuinely enjoys talking to and helping people

Light maintenance, including general cleaning of the storage site, customer service attitude, good at working as part of a TEAM to run a clean and efficient storage facility.

Self-Motivated and Directed – effectively manages time and is highly productive

Excellent Computer Skills – is comfortable with Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and QuickBooks, and ideally is proficient with (or can learn to use) Facility Management Software

Problem Solver – is creative and resourceful in handling delicate situations

Strong Organizational Ability – has strong attention to detail and can actively input accurate records of customer communication into facility management software

Thorough and Reliable – can review and implement a detailed list of procedures to ensure consistent high-quality customer service

Collections – has experience and is comfortable reaching out to customers for past due payments, in a kind and persistent manner.

Watchful Eye – is observant and curious, and will efficiently monitor all activities at the facility.

Sense of Humor – has ability to work with customers, in a kindly and pleasant manner.

Experience

Self-Storage, Customer Service, Call Center Experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
