Who we are looking for and contributions you will provide

We are seeking an established professional Assistant Account Manager to handle a wide range of day-to-day service services of personal/commercial lines and new business marketing.

You will be a self-starter, organized, detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Will provide assistance with account inquiries, service requests, including coverage, billing, change requests and certificates. Will be involved in renewal marketing, carrier, and client negotiations.

You will be responsible for managing confidential and sensitive information.

We aspire to challenge you daily and develop enduring skill sets built on core values like trust, integrity, respect, and excellence. Your position will be in our Calabasas corporate office. This position requires on-site presence.

Our ideal candidate’s essential functions

In this role, you will interact with clients and executives in a fast-paced environment. Must work well under pressure, remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, and work with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Take initiative and is eager and willing to go the extra mile to assist. Will possess a strong aptitude with Microsoft suite products. Able to create spreadsheets and power point presentations.

Preferred experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience.

Must possess a valid property & casualty broker’s license in the state of California.

3+ years of prior experience as an assistant account manager.

Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft suite products and prior experience with Applied Systems.

Our salary range for this position is $24.00/hr - $34.00/hr. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
