Operations Manager Aquarium Wholesale

Southland Aquatics needs an operations manager to aquarium live fish shipments to our customers, manage warehouse supplies and personnel scheduling, and generally learn the business. We are willing to train the right person but this person must have had an aquarium or worked in a pet store in the past - even a betta bowl would do. A college degree preferred, good use of excel and other office programs required along with basic math skills like what is %15 percent of 2 dollars Also you will be immersed in the aquarium fish hobby, be prepared to get your hands wet and pitch in from time to time. This is a very unique industry with a lot of on the job training. As one of the management team of this small business you will also work with the owner on projects to increase the sales and profits of the operation.
