A confidential media company based in Beverly Hills is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This in-office position is ideal for someone with at least one year of bookkeeping experience and solid knowledge of QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
Post and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Assist with monthly reporting and general bookkeeping tasks
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for 1099 compliance
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be able to work onsite in our Beverly Hills office
This is a 1099 contractor position
Schedule:
10–16 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options during regular business hours.
