We are an import/export company based in Miracle Mile, LA for over 20 years. We are looking for a detail-oriented and Full time or Part-Time assistant Bookkeeper. This in-office position requires at least 2years of bookkeeping experience and knowledge of QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter orders into QB.
Post and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Desktop.
Record and reconcile financial transactions.
Assist in preparing monthly and year-end financial reports.
Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records.
Support the bookkeeping team with administrative tasks as needed.
