We have been in business for over 35 years. We are seeking a positive and motivated bookkeeper to join our team. This position will be responsible for preparing annual financial statements, including payroll taxes, and year-end filings.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries and bank reconciliations
- Accounts receivable/Accounts payable/General ledger
- Prepare payroll tax returns, including W-2s and 1099s
Qualifications:
- Must have 4 years of bookkeeping experience
- Must be efficient with Quickbooks online
- Excellent communication skills
