Description:Product Labeling Systems Administrator located in Irvine, CAThe Product Labeling System Administrator is responsible for maintaining Labeling software systems application for artwork creation, content management and user access as well ensuring smooth system operation. The DPI team is wrapping up the implementation phase of the ACCLM system. This person will serve as an SME initially, help with testing the system in different markets, process documentation, training, and global deployment. Once deployed, this person will serve primarily as a System Administrator, providing ongoing support and maintenance, security and compliance, and scalability and upgrades.Key Responsibilities:Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and procedures and guidelines, this position: The System Admin for ACCLM ensures the system operates smoothly for the system users by ensuring users have the correct access and permissions, keeping users informed on system maintenance coordinated and implemented for the users, and solves immediate systems issues. The System Admin is also responsible for generating requested reports from saved searches for metrics and data collection to management. Establishes and maintains training documentation for systems and procedures. Develops and maintains data libraries and communication materials. Collaborates with ACCLM Product Owner and inter-company Super Admins. Accountable as an admin/domain expert for the system and process. This includes training, managing access for users, first level technical support, representation in audits, and managing metadata maintenance. Running ad-hoc searches and saved searches and maintaining the system Help pages. Use reporting to develop audit processes and support for audits. Performs system content audits to validate accuracy. Support set up and structure of data/ process/platform development and on-going maintenance (Including UAT testing, content management, ad hoc as required) Manage user access and troubleshooting for process and platform. Implements generation of new roles and groups. Support Labeling team with ad-hoc projects related to process and platform. Collaborate with IT/Inter-Company partners to complete system updates. Lead support projects to develop & introduce new valuable functionality / processes & improve existing applications / processes. Provide technical support for applications (i.e. from the investigation & design through the validation inclusive of implementation & user training) Apply project leadership & problem-solving skills to ensure business systems interface to required systems.QualificationsEducation: Minimum Education required: University/Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Systems/IT Technology/Engineering. Experience and Skills:Required: A minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience as systems administrator in cross-functional business environment is required Experience on product labeling systems and software such as ACCLM, Loftware, Easy Label, Bartender, ESKO and PrisymID is required. Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with a team is requiredPreferred: Experience on labeling and/or packaging design processes is preferred Experience with guiding projects through design for manufacturing is preferred Experience in a healthcare or medical industry is preferred Experience in ISO 15223 and ISO 7000 symbology knowledge and experience is preferredSkills:ESKO, Labeling, collaboration, collaborator, system design, System administrator, SME, Easy Label, PrisymID, Loftware, WebCenter, ACCLM, SAP, implementation, cloud, packaging, labeling systemAbout TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
