Our client, in the Security and Video Surveillance industry, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their team. As a Sales Support Specialist you will be part of the Sales administration team. The ideal candidate will have Accounts Receivable, Billing and Collections and MS Office skills which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Sales Support SpecialistLocation: Irvine, CaPay Range: Up to 23.00hrBilingual: MUST speak Chinese. Will be communicating with China oversee shipments.What’s the Job?

You will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming sales orders.

Maintaining records, compiling reports

Gather and translate all necessary customer and internal data to develop accurate and detailed orders

Work in conjunction with sales, customers, and other internal teams to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner.

What’s Needed?

Strong Knowledge of the billing and collections procedures

AR experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to problem solve, multitask and work in a fast-pace environment.

Ability to organize and communicate effectively

Excellent computer skills including fluency in MS office.
