Regional Banking ManagerThe Regional Banking Manager oversees the financial centers within the assigned region, responsible for the effective performance of each financial center, including operations / risk management, sales performance, customer experience, and community engagement. Responsible for performance management, including coaching and team member development that align with the Bank's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Ensures financial centers are compliant with banking law, regulations, policies, and procedures to reduce risk exposure. Operates within the Bank’s risk appetite and achieves results by identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

Partners with Operations Risk Management to achieve successful operational, compliance, and risk results.

Facilitates regular sales and associate meetings, partnering financial center associates and various business lines across the Bank, as appropriate.

Engages in community activities to promote the Bank to develop and grow relationships to further benefit the communities we serve.

Partners with multiple lines of businesses in support of customers’ needs and Bank’s strategic priorities.

Demonstrates the highest levels of professionalism, efficiency, and customer advocacy throughout the region resolving customer issues that cannot be resolved by a branch or another level of authority is required for recovery.

Coordinates with the client experience team in the development of the enterprise-wide client experience strategy with a focus on implementation.

Owns the overall sales and service performance of the financial centers. Develops and provides markets with sales tools, meeting agendas and communication plans.

Works with financial center teams to eliminate obstacles and improve processes to define and refine processes, procedures and best practices with the ultimate result being exceptional client service.

Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation and development of team.
