Description

Assisting with recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and processing new hire paperwork.

Handling employee relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring they are properly resolved or escalating them to appropriate HR team members.

Assisting in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.

Participating in the organization and coordination of company-wide events or meetings.

Managing HR records and documentation, including employee data, leave requests, benefits, and performance review reports.

Monitoring employee attendance and leave balances, handling requests for time-off and ensuring the accuracy of records.

Assisting with the preparation and roll-out of orientation and training programs for new employees.

Ensuring regulatory compliance in terms of labor laws and reporting requirements.

Assisting with payroll administration, processing changes in employee contracts, promotions, terminations, and other status changes.

Participating in audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR activities.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative positionKnowledge of human resources processes and best practicesStrong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (e.g. Virtual Edge)Ability to work with ATS softwareIn-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communitiesFamiliarity with social media recruitingOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle data with confidentialityGood organizational and time management skillsCIPD certification is an advantageBSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
