Job Title: Shipping CoordinatorLocation: Irvine, CA (Barranca Pkwy)Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pmPay Range: $22/HourlyRequirements:
MUST have previous experience working in a distribution center or manufacturing company in a shipping role.
Bilingual in Spanish & English is required.
Must have experience operating standup reach-trucks and sit-down forklifts.
Experience with UPS Worldship, FedEx, OnTrac, DHL, and USPS to accurately process domestic and international shipments.
SAP and WMS experience is a plus
What’s the Job?
Pick items for orders, Scan, Pack, and ship via UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, DHL, USPS and LTL for domestic and international customers.
Pack and process interdepartmental shipping requests
Accurately complete all required paperwork to ensure product is ready to ship in a timely manner and meeting customer requirements.
Resolve quickly shipping issues with carriers and customs for international shipments
Ensuring that proper products are shipped with the correct order.
Participating in the preparation and execution of physical inventories for finished goods and RMA.
