Data Entry Clerk

Description We are on the lookout for a Data Entry Clerk to be a part of our team in the Machinery Manufacturing industry located in Irvine, California. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where your primary function is to ensure the accuracy of data in a warehouse setting. You will be working closely with the inventory team, handling data entry tasks related to warehouse distribution and duties.Responsibilities: Accurate data entry to support warehouse operations Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure data validity Monitor and update customer accounts as necessary Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency Maintain and manage customer credit records Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner Regularly review data for errors and rectify any discrepancies Assist in maintaining an organized warehouse environment Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations through effective data management Adhere to data integrity and confidentiality guidelines at all times. Requirements Proficiency in data entry with a keen attention to detail Experience working in a warehouse distribution environment Familiarity with warehouse duties and operations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic computer literacy including ability to work with inventory management software High school diploma or equivalent education level Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Strong ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines Familiarity with machinery manufacturing industry is a plus.
