Accounting Clerk

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Irvine, California. The role involves managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the efficient processing of invoices and payments within the industry.Responsibilities: Accurate processing of accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing. Assist with accounts receivable functions, including generating invoices and tracking payments. Maintain precise records of financial transactions. Prepare and reconcile account statements and reports. Collaborate with vendors and customers to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries. Support month-end closing processes and financial reporting. Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining spreadsheets. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP to perform tasks efficiently.
