FleetServ™, an industry leader in the maintenance of emission control devices for the transportation sector, is actively seeking a dynamic, bilingual Sales and Service Representative to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in developing customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and promoting our innovative digital solutions within their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and nurture customer relationships within your designated territory, becoming their go-to contact at FleetServ™.
2. Manage pick-ups and deliveries of DPFs and related components within your assigned territory, using a company vehicle.
3. Gain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and digital tools, and effectively convey their benefits to potential and existing customers.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing customer queries and resolving issues professionally.
5. Collaborate with the internal team, providing valuable customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
6. Utilize our CRM system to manage customer interactions, track transactions, and record customer feedback.
7. Achieve and exceed sales targets, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive or related industry.
2. Proficient in computer skills with experience in CRM systems.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
4. Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
5. Comfortable with regular travel within the assigned territory.
6. Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
7. Basic technical knowledge of diesel vehicle components, particularly DPFs, would be a plus.
