Temecula Motorsports is looking for a Parts Department Inside Sales/ Customer Service Representative to join our growing business.
We are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, and has effective phone sales techniques.
This is a part-time position with the potential to moved to full time. Work days range from Monday - Friday, hours range from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Our customers are located all over the United States and they need our services. The Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative will help introduce our company to potential customers and successfully close deals. This position is responsible for acquiring new customers daily. A typical day includes a high volume of incoming and outbound phone calls/emails.
Candidates must have no problem making warm calls out to potential customers consistently throughout the day- this is a job requirement. Our schedule and work environment are an industry best!
Powersports Industry experience within a parts and accessories department is desired. You must be a proven go-getter with a never quit attitude and possess a desire for professional growth.

Compensation: $16.00 hourly plus commission 2% up to 4% with a new customer account goal bonus.
