About the Job!

The Inside Sales Associate will play a critical role in our dynamic Sales Team. This role is responsible for maintaining relationships with existing accounts. Driving new business with small business accounts, and offering pivotal support to our sales department.

Responsibilities:

Providing support to the Sales Department as required.

Upselling and cross-selling products via email and phone.

Responding to sales inquiries through Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk.

Engaging in outbound prospecting and lead generation activities.

Researching and compiling lead generation lists.

Developing customer-focused solutions and positioning products against competitors.

Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty.

Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.

Working closely with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, mortgage, broker, or lender negotiations.

Key contributor to achieving monthly and quarterly company sales targets.

Negotiate and coordinate any sales deal or accounts considering the objectives of pricing, quality, delivery, and profitability.

Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.

Excellent negotiation skills.

Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Assist Receiving and Accounts Payable in resolving receipt and invoice discrepancies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
