About the Job!
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Support professional to join our team at JDI Distribution. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting sales efforts, and managing customer inquiries and orders. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Providing support to the Sales Department as required.
Upselling and cross-selling products via email and phone.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers; addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products.
Responding to sales inquiries through Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk.
Engaging in outbound prospecting and lead generation activities.
Researching and compiling lead generation lists.
Developing customer-focused solutions and positioning products against competitors.
Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty.
Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.
Working closely with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, mortgage, broker, or lender negotiations.
Key contributor to achieving monthly and quarterly company sales targets.
Negotiate and coordinate any sales deal or accounts considering the objectives of pricing, quality, delivery, and profitability.
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Assist Receiving and Accounts Payable in resolving receipt and invoice discrepancies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
