About the Role:
Join EXP Fulfillment as a confident, professional Field Sales Rep. This is a door-to-door role focused on growing our logistics business by pitching our NJ & CA-based warehousing and fulfillment solutions to NYC companies — mostly Manhattan offices.
If you’re experienced in B2B field sales, love face-to-face selling, and want flexible hours with strong earning potential, this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
Walk into NYC businesses daily to introduce our 3PL services
Book meetings, follow up, and close deals independently
Use provided sales decks, CRM tools, and case studies
Attend trade shows and local networking events
Build your own client book and drive your income
What We Need From You:
Based in NYC with ability to travel around Manhattan daily
2+ years B2B field sales experience (logistics/e-commerce a plus)
Confident, professional, fearless about cold walks and calls
Strong closing skills — you get deals done
Bonus: Bilingual and industry contacts
Compensation & Perks:
10% commission on client’s first full billing month — no base to start
After 3 deals closed: $35/hr base (up to 20 hrs/week) + commission
$500 bonus if you close your first deal within 30 days
Realistic monthly earnings $2,000–$5,000+ if you close consistently
