About the Role:
We are a growing third-party logistics (3PL) company looking for motivated field sales representatives based in or near Manhattan. You will visit local businesses to introduce our warehousing and fulfillment services and build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
Visit 10-30 businesses daily in Manhattan and surrounding NYC areas.
Speak directly with decision-makers to present our services.
Manage leads and sales pipeline using our CRM system.
Follow up via email and phone.
Work independently while maintaining regular communication with the team.
Compensation:
10% commission on all client invoices for the first 3 months after payment is received.
$500 bonus per deal closed.
$35/hour for CRM and administrative work after your first deal (up to 16 hours per week).
Volume bonuses for hitting sales targets.
Opportunity to earn 3% commission on deals closed by sales reps you recruit (for the first 3 months).
Requirements:
Live in or near Manhattan and able to work onsite 3-4 days per week (ZIP 10001 or nearby).
Confident and professional communication skills.
Previous sales or door-to-door experience is preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
